The process is as easy as 1, 2, 3, and best of all, it is free! Simply fill in the boxes below and your message will be printed and delivered to the identified patient during regular business hours.

Messages should be brief (under 50 words), polite, and not contain confidential information. Inappropriate messages will not be delivered.

Please note: Mercy’s Volunteers will make every effort to deliver your message in a timely manner but please understand it is possible that the patient may have checked-out before your message could be delivered.
