Breast Feeding class is offered to help parents make an informed decision about breast feeding. The class is designed to provide the information and support to make the feeding relationship between parents and baby successful. Topics include: physical and emotional preparation, getting started, common questions and solutions, family adjustments, nutrition, and working while breast feeding.

Classes are offered every other month and classes are instructed by Certified Lactation Counselors.
